In It to Win It

In It to Win It is a unique team-building activity modeled after some of your favorite television game shows. Imagine Minute to Win It®, Name That Tune® and Nickelodeon’s Double Dare® all rolled into one. This program can be offered in a 90 minute to three hour format, depending on the needs of your organization.

Team Building

If you need a team building exercise that demonstrates the power of the group experience, In It to Win It may be just the ticket to building your best team ever. Group dynamics allow you to discover leadership and character traits in your team members you may not have previously recognized – there is science behind the playing. Whether your event has been organized to reward extraordinary effort on a project well done, address a corporate restructuring that has left team members feeling disconnected or an event to show your appreciation before embarking on your next big project, In It to Win It allows each team member to contribute and have fun while they’re doing it.

Getting to Know You – Icebreaker

If you’re having a conference with many first time attendees, or those who are coming back after an absence, In It to Win It can be used as an innovative icebreaker event to get your conference attendees engaged. This event can be scheduled in late afternoon or evening to accommodate arriving guests and provides an environment for friendships to be made and rekindled while having FUN!

New Program or Product Launch

Getting ready to launch your next big thing? Using In It to Win It as a new program or product launch is a great way to encourage creativity and collaboration within your organization for cross-functional team building that lasts beyond the games. If your team is excited about the launch, they can be more effective in sharing that excitement with your clients and customers. This could be the start of your best launch EVER!
